Inside Alo’s Luxe Leather Handbag Launch at Fashion Island

Alo Yoga has officially entered the luxury accessories market with the launch of their Italian-made leather handbags, and I had the opportunity to preview them at the Newport Beach location.

This past weekend, I was invited to the launch party at Alo’s Fashion Island store in Newport Beach — and let me tell you, the event did not disappoint. Guests got the first look at the collection while sipping matcha or espresso from the chic branded Alo coffee bar.

Alo also unveiled their new seasonal color, a deep burgundy, the perfect tone for fall. To set the vibe there was a tarot reader offering readings (so on-brand for me since I’m all about crystals and energy), and the dreamiest gift bags!

Seeing the collection in person was such a treat. Each design felt timeless yet modern, and the thoughtful crystal charm detailing gave every piece a soulful edge. Out of the silhouettes, the Balance Bucket Bag was a standout! It's effortlessly chic and it blends everyday functionality with luxury craftsmanship.
