A simple yet impressive appetizer that always disappears fast. Perfect for gatherings, dinner parties, or holiday hosting.
These roasted goat cheese stuffed dates are one of my favorite appetizers to serve when I need something beautiful, delicious, and effortless. Soft Medjool dates are stuffed with creamy goat cheese, topped with a fragrant rosemary-walnut mixture, and roasted until warm and caramelized. A drizzle of honey at the end brings everything together.
This recipe comes together quickly, feeds a crowd, and looks like something you’d order at a restaurant. It is sweet, savory, creamy, crunchy, and so satisfying all at once.
