Halloween Yogurt Ghost Bark Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking sheet.

Line a baking sheet or freezer-safe tray with parchment paper. Make sure the tray is small enough to fit comfortably in your freezer.

  2. Shape the yogurt ghosts.

Using a tablespoon, scoop a spoonful of vanilla yogurt onto the parchment paper. Gently drag the yogurt downward with the back of your spoon to create a ghost-like shape.

Repeat until you've used all the yogurt. With these measurements, you should be able to make approximately 6–8 ghosts, depending on their size.

  3. Decorate your ghosts.

Place chocolate chips onto each yogurt ghost to create two eyes and a mouth.

Feel free to get creative and add more chocolate chips to give each ghost its own spooky or silly expression!

  4. Freeze the yogurt ghosts.

Carefully transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and allow the yogurt ghosts to freeze for approximately 2 hours, or until completely firm.

  5. Serve & Enjoy.

Once frozen, gently peel the yogurt ghosts off the parchment paper and they're ready to enjoy!

Serve immediately for a refreshing frozen treat, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer until you're ready to enjoy them.
