If you've been wanting to recreate that oven baked doner kebab because it's all over your feed, here's your cue to recreate it! It's juicy, filled with warm spices, and surprisingly easy to prepare. Everything cooks on a single pan, making it ideal for a quick dinner or an impressive yet effortless meal for guests.
Serve it wrapped in warm pita or lavash with tangy pickles, roasted veggies, and a creamy
homemade white sauce that pulls it all together.

Ingredients
For the Doner Kebabs
1 lb ground beef
½ onion, grated
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1½ teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
To Serve
Pita or lavash bread
Pickles
Sumac
Roasted Veggies
Tomatoes, sliced or halved
Green jalapeños, sliced lengthwise
Instructions
Preheat the oven- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Prepare the meat mixture- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, paprika, and garlic powder.
Mix thoroughly- Use your hands to mix until the meat is fully seasoned and cohesive. Divide into equal oval portions.
Roll the kebabs thin- Place one portion of meat onto the parchment-lined pan. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper. Gently flatten with your hand, then roll with a rolling pin or wine bottle until thin and evenly shaped. Repeat with remaining portions.
Add the vegetables- Arrange the tomatoes and jalapeños on the same sheet pan alongside the meat.
Bake- Bake for about 25 minutes for juicy, soft meat. The edges should be lightly browned and the vegetables tender.
Serve and enjoy- Remove from the oven, unwrap the parchment, and serve immediately with warm pita or lavash, a sprinkle of sumac, pickles, roasted veggies, and white sauce.
